Community Toolbar for Socialize Template

I have updated joomsocial 4.4.1. i have 2 consequences:

  1. whenever I receive a new post in a conversation when i am not active is not shown in Community Toolbar for Socialize Template (find attached photo)
  2. new chat box is great however, I can not reach the old messages. any idea how to reach old message with the new chat inbox system

Community Toolbar for Socialize Template needs to be updated to work with new chat feature.

- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Please, in order to display older messages:
1. Browse to Backend -> Components -> JomSocial -> Monitor -> Mail queue -> Execute cron: prntscr.com/gbzeun

still one issue is remaining. I have renewed subscription for Socialized template. I have surprised it is the same version as I downloaded before 2.1.4 . However, I installed the pacjage once again on my website. the same issue remains. the red bubble informed how many message I received that located with community toolbar still not synchronized with the integrated community toolbar. in integrated toolbar no red bubble at the moment but in community toolbar bubbled 76 messages (see attached). please advice

In template package you should have two toolbar modules.
Try to use the second one.
Please, report back if this won't work for you.

The second one remains the same problem as well. the both toolbar occur a j Query problem with "community survey for "Core joomla". please see attached screen shoot. as I deactivate both toolbar the problem of community survey is solved. any idea how to avoid this.
