I have updated the jomsocial latest version on the site successfully. But the main issue is still not fixed yet. When I hit next button on front end for view all members it set the URL in browser
wacamayaowners.com/search/browse?start=12 and then next button will not change URL any further. It just resides as it is, and so it is not showing any other page or change of users.

Can you please check it once again?

I am not really sure, but i glad it works on 20 items per pagination, lets we keep like this for now :)
