My 2 questions are :
- How to Remove in all plugins the button icon of the jomsocial plugins about's button ? (i don't want to see the icons in all the plugins)
- How to Change Text of the plugins about's button ?

1. In this folder: ROOT/components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/application are located files that are responsible for displaying plugins like "My Articles". It depends to what position you add your plugin. Let's say it's left sidebar stacked. Then make override for file stack.php.

Ii line 41 remove this:

2. If you mean to change displayed text, then just use Joomla! language override. If you mean whole content, it's located in this file: ROOT/components/com_community/templates/jomsocial/layouts/apps.about.php
