hi we already disabled the caching for joomla, and the server & cleared our browser cache many times still getting this error
also followed the steps you told us for the same issue:

You activated some different cache system on your Joomla, I already disabled them and just leave the jotCache plugin, and the I tried again replicated this issue on frontend, register and login seems everything fine now.
