This problem was posted before and don’t know it has got deleted. Dimas already knows about it
When a new user register under the specific three categories (Health & Beauty, Construction &Real Estate, Food & Beverage), If you select one of the categories from top tool bar , the new user does not show under the category. If you edit the profile and save then it shows under the selected category.

What are those "specific three categories"? Are they profiles? Or Joomla! groups? Or something else?
Please, elaborate about this issue - especially if you use 3rd party extension for profile managing (like JSPT) or you customized registration flow.

They are categories under which user registers and already told this Dimas and its been there for few months now.
Only for three categories its happening (health&beauty, food&beverage, construction&realestate)

I still don't understand what you mean by categories - please, check your settings and answer: Are they profiles? Or Joomla! groups?
Or send me your site backend credentials via PM and I'll check myself.
When we click on health & beauty , a new user is not shown under this category and only when new user edits profile and save it , the user is shown under this category. Therefore as soon as a new user register under a category it should be shown under the category which is not happening here.

O, I get it now. This is actually just a parameter set in profile - a certain profile field value.
It's used to create members list that choose this value while registering.
It's available ONLY for Business Account profile.
I narrowed down the issue. It seems that different URL is created after initial profile creation and profile edit.
Profile creation -
ebizla.com/index.php/search/field?BUS_SE...6+Beauty&type=select
(doesn't work)
Profile edit -
ebizla.com/index.php/search/field?BUS_SE...B+Beauty&type=select
(works)

I also cant find your old topic, not sure why, actaully I also waiting your response on this issue..
As you know this is valid bug, and all old data should be re-generated / re-edit like I mentioned on old topic.
Anyway, can you also re-create the new menu for "Health & Beauty", and delete the old one.. did you create that menu from Adv. Search?

I have tried everything , re-created the sub menu item gain but still its not working. This issue has not been resolved for last 3 months. Can you please check it yourself and fix it where ever its needed as it has taken way longer then it should have.
Try creating a profile under three specific categories: health &beauty, construction & real estate, food &beverage and you will see that the user not coming under the category

Well, I bit confuse with this issue because there is some possibility like :
- search field on about me
- search field on adv. search
- Search field based on saved menu from adv. search
- save field on edit profile
- save field on register
Those possiblity have the different code and method..

well this issue need 4.3 for fixing this, hard to fix this issue on old version.. because some changes on core files, its too many patches, like i said this issue will be effected to 5 points possiblity :
- search field on about me
- search field on adv. search
- Search field based on saved menu from adv. search
- save field on edit profile
- save field on register
