JomSocial Active Socialize Expired

I have searched in the backend of jomsocial where certain settings are. And when I wanted to edit something was at once the server offline. I can now say that it must be jomsocial or at my server settings. I can exclude the it s.Template because I had this serious error with 3 other templates.
No matter what it is, without the help of people with an inkling of php css and what there is still everything, I do not create it.

But this is my thought behind "freakteam.de" a network of creative design lovers without financial backgrounds.
At the time I work but completely alone and without programming skills and bad English one does not get very far I would be very glad if my attitudes could be looked at by the professionals.
Php.ini .htaccess and all such things I usually have to read first.

Best regards
And hope someone likes me help

HI, Marcel.

Thank you for contacting us.
I don't want to bring you down but JomSocial is not able to bring your whole site down... it may happen that you may get issues on JS related pages in both front- and backend... bot not whole Joomla!... and not with server offline notice. The first place where I would look is server error log. The would contact server technical support so they could check this issue from their side. usually they have much better tools that regular users.

They could shed some light on what is actually happen... is that exhausted server resources? What script cause down time...

Please, contact your hosting Technical Support first.

I'm not saying this is definitely not caused by JomSocial... but at this point we simply don't know and don't have tools to undoubtedly say that. We're open to any suggestions made by your hosting Technical Support. If you get any response from them, please, paste it here... if it will be in other language than English... I'm sorry but you need to translate it... unless it's in any Slavic language or German ;) (we support only in English but I'll try to help you personally using my language skills... but they have limits ;).

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
