Hero Image...again

ISSUE SUMMARY:
I am using a fresh install with jomsocial and socialize.
I want to replace the hero image on the frontpage, and none of the solutions mentioned here works. When I click the jomsocial default template, I am not offered to replace the image and upload a new one, instead I get a blank field. What to do?

Hi Corinna,

To modify it go to Jomsocial config->Theme Manager->General, change "Frontpage image"
