HI, Patrick.

Thank you for contacting us.
It seems that you use JomSocial taht is not compatible with JS Tolbar - lacks some css code.
Also, please, check your JomSocial dashboard - you won't access it (blank page).
Please, download latest version of JomSocial from here: www.jomsocial.com/component/digistore/licenses and install it on top of existing version in your Joomla!

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Hi, Patrick.

It rather won't work without upgrade...
Yes, it's possible but only via customization... you'll need to edit module layout code to make it work.

For now we will not upgrade as JS is hardly used. We wanter to use the module for styling only.

Can't his be refunded?

HI, Patrick.

This module was designed to use with JomSocial... and needs to be compatible with main extension.
I'm afraid that it can't be refunded as this case doesn't meet conditions mentioned in our Refund Policy: www.jomsocial.com/privacy-policy

Nevertheless you may still use it and it will keep all features - it needs just additional styling in css (what actually lacks in your site current configuration).
