unsent emails in pending

ISSUE SUMMARY:emails from jomsocial are not sent automatically and remain in pending and have to execute the cron job manually to send the emails. can you please let me know how to send th emails automatically for notifications.

Have you setup the cron job well and make sure it works?

Also its seems those emails still on queue, please you increase config totalemailpercron on this file administrator/components/com_community/default.ini

Hi Dimas,

Yes the cron job is set up properly and it was sending automatic emails for notifications before. I have also checked the default.ini and its fine as well.
I think after we added JFB connect module it stopped sending emails and they have started to queue up.
Can you please help to resolve this.

I just see your mailq, and most of mails already sent.. and the I run mailq manually, and everything is fine



Please you check again your cron job, maybe its broken...

Yah that's what I am saying I have to run it manually and it used to run automatically before. I checked the cron job its still set up like before but it does not get executed automatically.I think its stopped working after we added JFB connect but I have disabled it now.

I think your cron job code is not working, please you try another solution and use 3rd party cron service like easycron.com
