ISSUE SUMMARY: My frontpage image (hero image replacement) is cut off at the top. How do I adjust the frontpage size to accommodate my image

1 Go to develop.migrantnetwork.com/
2 I replaced the hero image with my image (please see attached for full image)

RESULT Top portion of my image is cut off due to the height size
EXPECTED RESULT Image to fit front page
BROWSER Chrome, IE, Firefox
