How can I exclude a phrase of Welcome Message

ISSUE SUMMARY:
You teach me that how can I modify the text of welcome message in template. I did it but I have a problem. I put other message but one phrase I couldn't erase: (You want to expand your business?). prnt.sc/d29bzs
How can I erase this phrase in my welcome message?
