I suggest you post to Joomla forum for regarding LDAP issue, I havent logged to your site yet, always get that issue

it showed up as a plugin right not sure what it is but i disabled it

For this error you need add google api code on Jomsocial configuration->integration->Google API key to load maps and google related services
