Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Thank you for contacting us.
I investigated that issues and you've made few configuration mistakes:
1. You created in Main menu duplicates of already existing menu items. You need to edit all those menu items

and change them into menu aliases that point to appropriate menu items in JomSocial Toolbar menu. I did it already for My Home and Profile.
2. You misconfigured JomSocial Redirect plugin. You can't redirect guests (users that logged out are guest as well as users that failed to login) to Profile page that is restricted to logged in users. For logout and failed login you should redirect to JomSocial frontpage - that is to Community menu item.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
Hi Michals, I only added the new pages menus, but the logout was actually like that after I installed the joomsocial for the first time in this website.
Please, edit your first post here and provide correct SU credentials.
The one I used before seems to not work.
Then I'll investigate that issue.
