Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
Greetings Pro's,
I have a home page that one of you JomSocial Pro's modified for me and I love it, but, if possible, I would like to make a minor modification and was hoping you could do it for me as I don't know how you all did it. The first screenshot below is what you created for me.
This is almost exactly what it needs to be. If you look at the bottom of this screen shot, you can't see a very small portion of the ads. The "Register Account" button is double in height than what it use to be. I was wondering if you could make the "Register Account" button look like this below modified home page and then make the blue box that all this content fits inside of smaller in height so that you can see all of the bottom footer ads like my modified screen shot below.
So you know, I don't need the "Register Account" button to have the white outline around it. That shows up there because I did this by cutting and pasting in MS Paint. You can do this as you see fit and what is easiest for you. The only part of this I really care about is the blue box being shorter in height so I can see the whole page and all of the footer ads at the bottom without scrolling the page down.
Thank you for contacting us.
That's quite easy ;)
Just add this code;
.joms-landing__action.tfaenabled button {
width: auto !important;
}
To ROOT/templates/socialize/css/custom.css
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
