I would like the toolbar be visible on a subpage that I create in joomla menu manager (inside Jomsocial Toolbar). How is it possible?

jomsocial toolbar only shown at jomsocial pages only.
if you put non jomsocial page menu item under jomsocial toolbar, the toolbar will not shown.

but you can use 3rd party extension:

and jomsocial having this:
www.jomsocial.com/products/products/7-modules/45-toolbar/215
but with JS toolbar, there are no menu items
