ISSUE SUMMARY:

There are some issue on Birthday module:
1- sending message do not go true, i checked after run the cron job and not appear to send the birthday message
2- After send one message, need to wait 60 second to send the other one: prntscr.com/c9alun

Hi,

the message that user sent from Birthday module will be counted as private message. are you sure not exist at mail queue?
and about 60 seconds rule, please edit:
/administrator/components/com_community/default.ini line 74
floodLimit=60
changing it to 1 or else

Hi once again, i can see the issue in my site, and never worked, i tried here in jomsocial community, and i can see the same issue, could be my pc problem, because is the same in all browser PFA prntscr.com/dy9em7

You can increase the time send message limitation on this file administrator/components/com_community/default.ini, find this string and increase the value
