Members module - online members not showing correctly

There is lots of activity on the site from registered users, but the JS Members module (set to show online members) is only showing 1 member online.
I had a colleague who was logged in and not showing in the member module, and also on their profile page it does not show her as online.

I am using Joomla 3.6.2 and JS 4.2.4

can I get your site access as super user?
I need to check all configurations.
you can put crdetentials at site info form by edting yout first post at this topic.

we have bug on this online feature since Joomla 3.6.2, to fix this you can download the file from here www.dropbox.com/s/0klty5e8phgdkuv/user.php.zip?dl=0 , extract and copy it into this folder components/com_community/libraries/
