Problems with purchased "Member Maps" module

ISSUE SUMMARY:
We have purchased the module "Member Maps" and support for 6 months. It installed and configured basically correct. However it doesn't show all members on the map. I do understand that if a member has not filled out their profile or abbreviated city or state it can not place a pin on the map. Our concern is that members who have filled out their profile completely with full city and state names are also not showing on the map as a pin. Some do and some don't. It seems to be very "hit or miss" since there is no trouble shooting or module documentation available I don't know where or how to look for a solution. Please investigate and let me know where the problem is and the solution for it.

please make sure the users filled the location fields. I cannot provide more support, because:
- your license not active/expired
- your support domain not valid, got server not found.

please open new topic under billing issue, if you got problem with your license.
