Hi,

I would like the search feature in the toolbar using the native search function joomla

what file I have to change?

Hi, Mauro.

This search field will ONLY search for user name or real name.
So if you want to customize that feature you'll need to create override for this file:
ROOT/modules/mod_community_toolbar/tmpl/default.php
