Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hi!
How can we use the myarticles-plugin on a site with multiple languages?
Our site is in two languages, English and Spanish, and many of our community members contribute with articles for the site.
The articles are translated, and presented in both languages.
When we use the myarticles-plugin to show the articles on the members profile, both the English and the Spanish articles are showing in the same list.
-How can we fix this so that only the articles in the selected language are showing?
-Now that all articles are showing the links to the articles in the "other language" (the language not selected) are all wrong, and will result in a 404-page as the language code ("en" or "es") is not included in the link.

This is a bug. I'll report this to our developers.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
I have information that our developer already patched this on your site, please check if this works for you.
Make sure that articles have set appropriate languages. If article has "All" as language settings it will be displayed for all languages.
Make safe copy of this file:
ROOT/plugins/community/myarticles/myarticles.php
Then replace original with patched file from package.
