A Suggestion about The new "Email Digest", to inactive users, could be more advanced?

Something like, sent an email digest, with new profiles info, or new post, that have similar interest,
Example:
if someone add in his profile, that study in same University, or carrer
The advanced, could be, that the admin, could define this parameters

So, the email digest, would be more effective, and also, it would be less emails sent
