JS4.2 Photos Module "All" setting only shows stream photos

ISSUE SUMMARY:
After installing Jomsocial 4.2, the Photos module Display "All" setting only shows photos uploaded to users' "Stream" albums.


STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Add JS Photos module
2 Set Display setting to "All"
3 Upload photos to a group album (including group stream) or a user album (not stream)

RESULT
Photos module does not show any new photos

EXPECTED RESULT
Photos module should show the latest photos uploaded to any album.
