ISSUE SUMMARY:
My Question to NoNumber.nl:
i want to use your extension "ReReplacer" as a "bad word" filter for "JomSocial". My replacement works fine on first page load. After 15 posts for example, JomSocial automatically loads the next 15 posts and "ReReplacer" is not triggered anymore.

Is it possible to trigger "ReReplacer" by pressing the send button in their "Share box"?


Answer:

ReReplacer can only replace in your html output and content passed through the Joomla plugins.

JomSocial loads the extra results through javascript and does not pass that content through the plugins before outputting it.
So ReReplacer cannot touch that content.

ReReplacer is a system plugin and is triggered on:
onContentPrepare - for items with Search Area 'Article'
onAfterDispatch - for items with Search Area 'Component'
onAfterRender - for items with other Search Areas ('Body', 'Head', 'Everywhere')

I see, I suggest you contact your ReReplacer developer and make it be adding on our jomsoical event, please you look plugin wordfilter plugins/community/wordfilter/wordfilter.php, and you can put that ReReplacer code on event on that file (onActivityDisplay,onWallDisplay,onBulletinDisplay etc..)

Sorry, but I am not dirtying up my code to account for specific jomsoical events.
I cannot add code for every extension that does not choose to use the Joomla built in mechanisms.

So... maybe there is a way that you choose the Joomla built in mechanisms! ;-)
