EDIT;
Please, read about default task for maximum report reached:
documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Reporting_System
They apply ONLY to certain type of posts - there are NO default action for simple status post.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
There are no administration options for those task.
The only way to create one is... core hack.
Core hacks are not recommended nor supported as they may not working with future JomSocial releases and/or cause issues that will be not supported. Users with core files hack refuse to upgrade their installation to keep those hacks and they are stuck with outdated and unsupported versions. Also core hack will be overwritten during upgrade.
But there shouldn't be default tasks for posts as moderator need to read them first and then decide what to do.
Default taks will do something automatically e.g delete or unpublish. Now imagine that one user is reporting certain post just for fun or any other low purpose. default task will remove it after few clicks... and remove for all users.
