ISSUE SUMMARY:
I'm using jomsocial to build a private community for members of an sports club, but at the same time, to be the events agenda of said club.

I don't want toolbar to appear in the public agenda, but is needed for the rest of the community.

I know I can just put jomsocial menu in a module, but this misses the notifications and so, and the lightboxes...

So, would b epossible to just hide toolbar in the public menuitems?

Sorry didn't though backend access was needed for this ;)

This is our agenda, this is how I would like it to look, without toolbar as is a públic part and don't want people to easily browse private community.

To achieve it I remove toolbar in backend options, but then, obviously isn't either in community...


Bar is important for community, I could use jomsocial menu in a module, but this doesn't give the notifications, mails,... buttons nor the lightbox to see the info on them...

Besides looking terribly compared ;)


Ideal would be to be able to easily hide it with css (but I didn't manage to hide it well without taking the space) in some menuitems...

sorry still not clear. there is no issue with jomsocial toolbar.
as guest user I cannot find any pages that containing jomsocial toolbar.
only logged in user can see that jomsocial toolbar.

this is by design.

please let me know if I missing something.

please goto joomla backend > menu > jomsoical toolbar. and set related menu items as registered access level.

Lol, never before noticed toolbar was only visible to registered users, that fixes the whole thing!
