Hi,
Is it possible to fire the email message for certain activities right when it happens?

I mean, at the moment when the user does something on the website, a notification alert is create immediately after the user action. With that an email message is enqueued, that message then wait 5 minutes for the cron job to run.

Is it possible to set an email immediately when a friendship is requested for example? rather than waiting 5 minutes?

We have configuration for it, go to Jomsocial config setting and set "Send Email on Page Load" to Yes
