Limits on friend requests

ISSUE SUMMARY: Many customers are stating they are receiving a message stating they have reached their limit for friend requests. I attempt to go to the Jomsocial side and click on the Daily Limits tab under configurations but the tab loads and loads and eventually times out to an error. Is there another area I can go to in order to change the setting?
