Hi,
in all browser are the same bugs.
If you want to jump with your tab after type in your nickname to the password field it takes allways the ? for forgotten the nickname.
Is it posible the enable it?
So a quick jump from name to password is easier.

please check it. I put tab index at that toolbar override file at:
/templates/socialize/html/mod_community_toolbar/default.php
