Please, read: documentation.jomsocial.com/wiki/Twitter_Plugin

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thank you for your reply.

After adding the keys I can see my tweets only when I am logged out. When I am logged in I have this message:

Hi Alain,

your twitter API token key is wrong, I cant configure the twitter app. Please you check again.

Well, this overload issue is caused by huge access on your twitter app, this issue sometimes happen on the high traffic site.

Hi Dimas,

Happy New Year !

I have regenerate Consumer key & secret on Twitter and applied the new one in JS My Twitter Updates plugin.

But when I am disconnected it's working fine. When I am connected I get the same error message: Unable to contact Twitter at this point in time. The server at Twitter is possibly overloaded right now.

I have tried few times connected & disconnected and it's always the same. So I don't think the issue is due to a high traffic on my Twitter account because it works very well when I am disconnected.

What do you think ?

I still cant connect to the twitter, i get "Failed get the request token.", please check again your twitter API configuration

Hi Dimas,

I regenerated the Key & Secret again, copied it in my Joomla plugin. But same result: if I am disconnected it works I can see my tweets. If I am connected I get the same message "IUnable to contact Twitter...".

That is why I ask you for help. Because this Twitter plugin doesn't works. I know that there is an issue. So please give me a solution.

Hi Dimas,

I am sorry but it doesn't works for me. So why ?

I copied & pasted the Consumer Key & Secret from my Twitter account to the plugin JS My Twitter Updates.

What else can I do for making it working ?
