JomSocial Active Publisher Active AdAgency Expired Socialize Expired

Greetings Pros,
I have 6 custom html modules on my site located in positions F1 thru F6 and from a computer they look and function perfectly. However, when I view my website from a iPhone, those same 6 custom html modules don't look as perfect. They appear to be different sizes and this is causing them to stack-up or align in-evenly as you scroll down my home page and it just looks very unprofessional to me.

When I go to the JomSocial website on my iPhone, the same iPhone, your site, JomSocial.com and then to the technical support page and log in and scroll down your page, all those modules I scroll pass prior to selecting support that appear, all look to be the same size and look very professional.

My modules are very simplistic. They are just images I created with Photoshop that are all 250 x 250 pixels but don't look as nice as yours do. I don't care if mine appear 2 in a row evenly or 1 on top of the other like yours as long as they all appear to be the same size. I was hoping you could look at mine and help me fix this. If you want to search my modules to easily find them and identify why they appear this way, the easiest search parameter would be "F" and that's all. This search query will display the 6 modules that appear in positions F1 thru F6.
If you could help me out and explain why mine appear this way and maybe tell me what size yours are or what I need to modify on mine to make them look nicer on the iPhone, I would greatly appreciate it. Again, I don't mind if I have 3 rows of 2 or 6 rows of 1 like yours as long s they look identical.

Thanks,

David

Hi, David.

I'm sorry but your Socialize subscription expired what means your Socialize related request are not supported any more... until you renew your subscription.

But I'll give you a free tip ;) make sure that all your html modules are the same... in code. Some of them have additional elements that pushes images down.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Michal,
Thank you for taking the time to give me this ;) hint. It worked just find and looks just the way I wanted it to look. I did not realize my Socialize subscription had run out. I will look into this in the morning and get this fixed. I still need all the support I get from you Pro's.

Thanks,

David
