ISSUE SUMMARY:
I want to remove the whole banner and the menu because they are redundant. How do I do that?

1. To remove the banner you can change socialize layout, change to "social"

nav#t3-mainnav {
    display: none;
}

If I choose Social then the Community toolbar for Socialize will also disappear. I just want the toolbar to remain.

The code

does not work.

I want the t3-header and t3-mainav to disappear.
