Hi, Ilyass.
Yes, just assign module to menu items under which you want to display it. Check "Assignment" tab in module configuration (module assigned to footer position).
Controlling module display is a basic Joomla! feature.
Hi.
There is no specific T3 footer module. If you wan your own footer the just use Custom HTML module (just create it) and assign to "footer" position. Then use module assignment. For example:

Please, note that assigning module to menu items from JomSocial toolbar menu will have no use. You'll need to assign to menu items that re outside this menu.
Hi.
So you assigned it to your site start menu item... which is JomSocial home page.
But there is a small "hook" :)
JomSocial Toolbar menu items (this pages) doesn't have OWN menu item. They inherit it from JomSocial menu item outside JomSocial Toolber menu... in this case JomSocial home with menu item ID 103... ALL JomSocial pages share that menu item ID.
And in Joomla! you assign modules to menu items... ergo menu item ID!
But.. there is a smart way to change it. Install this:
extensions.joomla.org/extension/advanced-module-manager
This great extension will allow you to assign module to REAL home page... not it menu item ID.
It has much more options... try it ;) Install it and check "Assignments" tab.
