I so wonder, could I use cache or not? If I use cache, my sites can perform fast.
- If I use which on should I chose?
- How cache time should take?

jomsocial running under joomla. caching always handling by joomla it self.
I suggest you to using Conservative and cache time not more than 1 hour.
