PHP Setting

Sorry that I ask you about this configuration before I decided to ask you, I tried configuration my server setting to meet Jomsocial requirement but I can't do it because I use VPS manage by myself so my vps can't help me. It seems, I don't have choice to ask your help and I hope you can do something for me.
I configured at my serve PHP Setting

It still show the low value. You can look at my Current value doesn't meet Recommended from my JS requirement.

And I want to created one php file mysite.com/etc/php.ini but the problem is I don't know what is the code inside php.ini so could you help me to set my server to meet Jomsocial requirement by your way.

Are they correct?
max_execution_time = 300
max_input_time = 300
memory_limit = 128M
post_max_size = 4096M
upload_max_filesize = 4096M

In cases like this you should contact with your hosting provider. We don't support hosting configuration or issues.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
