I'm Trying to use the JS My Twitter Updates on my site i have entered the Consumer Key and Consumer Secret in the plugin how ever in the profile i get Twitter access is not allowed yet. in the JS My Twitter Updates box on the profile page any ideas how to solve this issue

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Keys are fine.

If this app is your core app it needs to be configured by every user that want to use it. Browse to "Customize my Page" an click cog icon in plugin box. Then modal window should appear: i.imgur.com/0kkMm6r.png - set it as you like it and sign in with your own Twitter credentials.

it may sound a bit odd but nothing happens when i click the cog is there a direct link for the customise my page?

I meant cog in app box.

Please, disable js compression plugin/feature on your site as this damages JomSocial scripts causing issues (e.g no dropdown menu in JS toolbar).
