Cannot publish JS Statistics - "Field required: Gender Field"

ISSUE SUMMARY:

Trying to publish the JS Statistics module in the back end fails, and I get the message "Field required: Gender Field". The selector for Gender Field is grayed out and will not let me select a field. See the attached screen shot.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:

1. Log into the admin
2. Try publishing the JS Statistics module to position "left" in the template
3. Try selecting a Gender Field

Hi,

Please change "FIELD_GENDER" on custom profile, change the field type to "gender" not "select"
