Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
ISSUE SUMMARY:
The issues raised couple of days ago why using a registered profile posting videos, photos and accessing the stream. At some point; Java Script quit working for one Registered User while a Super User was still able to use Java Script.. Sound weird huh? Lol Well my system admin and web master thought maybe something happen to the ACL with Joomla! during the security update, so we all reviewed the ACL. Seemed pretty tight to me. So I screen shot the error and was hoping someone knew what we could do.
STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 Enter user credentials give in the extra notes
2 Same result as screen shot
3 We reviewed User ACL
4 Menu ACL
5 Global Configuration
RESULT
No luck on fixing.
EXPECTED RESULT
Register users can login and use the web site.
So maybe it's rather browser caching? Or Joomla! cookie issue?
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
Your second printscreen shows that issue should be replicable with user "fami[...]".
Please, edit your first post and provide credentials to account that will allow me to replicate reported issue.

So inside Joomla! ACL I set registered users to be allowed to login to the site.... Public is all set to "Not Set" and Registered was "Inherited" which denied all access to registered users. I believe this came from the upgrade as the issue never existed.
Now moving forward, once we do log in as a Registered users, you have zero permissions to do anything within Jom Social. (status for example).
