custom global notification generated but the mail not send to the user

ISSUE SUMMARY:
i have doen the custom notification code, according to your instruction on my development site.
i have follow all the instruction for creating the custom notification & mail, i got entry in two tables named community_mailq & community_notifications, so user got the notification but not get mail in their account , i have also set the crone job command like " wget -O /dev/null "http://domainname/index.php?option=com_community&task=cron" > /dev/null ".
