If the FB integration is enabled - can not be registered on the home page .
If integration is disabled FB - at home stronei appears login through facebook .

Unless something is not working well , the request for verification and improvement.

This is NOT just Fcabeook integration but integration done by 3rd party extension called JFBC.
If you don't use it it must stay disabled. If it's on, it disables native JomSocial FB button and displays JFBC integration button.
In order to sect FB integration is enough to provide FB keys. That's it.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

No, this is paid extension: extensions.joomla.org/extension/jfbconnect
But I repeat: you don't need to have JFBC as just providing FB keys will activate JomSocial -> FB connection. You don't need any 3rd party extensions to do that. Unless you want more sophisticated login extension that connects with more social medias.
