Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
ISSUE SUMMARY:
Hi,
We can't post any etherpad link on jomsocial wall because it is not recognized by your system, it searches the link as shown in the picture without finding it and so we can't post it.
As there are no data to fectch.
You may try on Facebook:
prntscr.com/8oaqo6
or use their debug tool.
Site is in fact a tool with minimum metadata.
- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
Hi,
Ok it is working on facebook and it worked with jomsocial also. We used it all time before the upgrade to 4.1 version
What we can do to resolve the problem? and why it worked before?
I don't know this service. Probably something they changed... like I've said, their start page doesn't have usable metadata. Open Graph will not work. We can't do anything about it.
