so do you mean you wanna always validate the registration right? please also look at this developers.google.com/recaptcha/docs/faq?hl=en , there is a solution by using fallback, but there is a note from google :

Please implement this fallback UI only when it's necessary for your site, due to the relatively poor user experience.

like google says, it will make poor UX if you wanted validate it over and over.. trust with repatcha from google with their default behavior system like I mentioned #143828, with this repatcha actually will enough to avoid the spam users

This change ( 143914 ) I do not like because images are readable and user must rewrite the code. This is not an effective solution .
