Welcome the Technical Support section. Help us in assisting you by providing us with a concise and descriptive elaboration of your issues. Be specific and if possible, provide us with a step-by-step instruction in replicating your problem.
ISSUE SUMMARY: We are rebuilding a site in Joomla 3.4.4 and with Jomsocial 4.0.9.
In our original site from 2012, we used Jomsocial and Payplans for registration with Joomla 2.5.28. We also have used multiprofiles using Jomsocial for our user groups.
After registration, our administrator received an email with all of the profile information filled out at registration. We cannot figure out how this was done as I don't see a plugin for this. It is possible that we had this hard coded but we don't remember specifically. Wondering an easy way to implement this again and I'm sure others in the community would appreciate this type of help.
(see attached - first image is the standard email the admin receives; second image is what we have been receiving with profile information.
By default JomSocial don't send all profile fields value to administrator so it was rather customization.
You may implement it again but you'll need professional developer help - we don't support customizations, please, read our Support Policy:

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.
- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you
Thanks for the extremely fast support.
Anyway you could at least point me into which file controls this so that I could see how we must have modified it. Like I said, we probably do have the customization done before but I just didn't remember this.
Thanks

It uses variables defined in file and load them into place holders in language contacts.
You'll need help of professional developer to customize that.
Also, please, be aware that this will be a core hack. Core hacks are not recommended nor supported as they may not working with future JomSocial releases and/or cause issues that will be not supported. Users with core files hack refuse to upgrade their installation to keep those hacks and they are stuck with outdated and unsupported versions.

OK - perfect. You are right and now I did find that this file was modified. I am sure that I had a professional developer do this.
However, isn't it true that if we really wanted to hack a core file that the proper way to do this is to put it in the template file under
ROOT/template/html/com_community/controllers?
Thanks. Glad to share this modification with folks if they are interested. Really someone should make a plugin for Jomsocial based on this in order to do this. I may consider it.
