ISSUE SUMMARY: When customers first visit my site they are often kicked off and unable to complete registration. Many customers receive error messages if they make it to the confirmation email step. They become frustrated and don't use the site. Is there a setting I can adjust to make registration easier?

This issue caused by 2 things :
1. Your outdated jomsocial version
2. 3rd party component like payplans and JSPT

so my solution is upgrade your jomsocial and contact the payplan and JSPT developer.
