Missing toolbar menu, tabs don't work, JS 4.1 fresh install

ISSUE SUMMARY: I bought and installed the new 4.1 on my site and while everything worked fine (still testing the features and building a new community site) there are two major problems:
1. No jomsocial toolbar menu in the admin side. However it is visible and working on the frontend, I can't modify any of it's items nor allocate new menu items to it.

2. tabs don't work. The links are living in the code but does nothing when I click on them. I didn't find any solution to turn off jquery duplicating if there is any...

Then you need to create it manually.
Create new menu:

title: JomSocial toolbar
type: jomsocial
description: JomSocial toolbar

Then in new menu create this structure:

Profile
|— Change Profile Picture
|— Change Profile Video
|— Edit Profile
|— Edit Details
|— Privacy
|— Preferences
|— Customize My Page
Friends
|— Show All
|— Search
|— Advanced Search
|— Invite Friends
|— Request Sent
|— Pending my approval
Groups
Photos
Videos
Events

Menu items will start to appear in toolbar.

Your issue with tabs is caused by one of Ark Editor plugins. I disabled all it extensions and tab start to work. Now enable them one by one and check if tabs stop to work. This way you'll locate trouble making plugin.

You should report it to plugin developer.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

Should I assign to any position the menu or it will work simply by creating it?
