ISSUE SUMMARY:
1- when a user create an account, the system should send a link confirmation to his/her email, but it doesn't work.
I created a cron job on Hostgator. I don't what do I miss. Please help

2. the same the problem with Contact Us. when someone send me a comment, I don't receive it.

Hi,

please have a look under spam folder. I suggest you to changing joomla mail configuration to SMTP.
and I found an other issue at your site. that template that are you using containing javascript error.
if i'm using joomla default template, protostar. I can sign up new user without any issue.

please contacting that template provider for more support.

I don't understand it. If I can receive a notification in my spam email, therefore, the email is working. But why the user can not receive the link configuration?
Is there any other possibility?
