ISSUE SUMMARY:
the kunena plugin that displays

xxx thanked yyy in topic Men's Hairdresser

leads to 404 error when clicking on the topic.

the link looks like "<a href="\"\http://movedto.com/forum/local-services/10-men-s-hairdresser/15\"\">Men's Hairdresser</a> so the browser is trying to look here www.movedto.com/"/http://movedto.com/for...-s-hairdresser/15/"/

it should probably something along the lines "/forum/local-services/10-men-s-hairdresser/15\" only.
