Problem with groups configuration

When I try to access this url (for the configuration in backend), shows and error
portales.inder.gov.co/intranet/administr...tion&cfgSection=site
portales.inder.gov.co/intranet/administr...ion&cfgSection=photo


The error is not enough clear to know what is happening...

that because your php missing intl (Internationalization) extension. please contacting hosting support, so they can install it for you.
