Socialize Template v2 (Responsive Layout resizing).

Hello, just a quick question.

1. I'm trying to edit the "drag me to resize" Responsive Layout tabs (under the Template Manager/Layout) for both the Auto-Message and Auto-Components according to my desire, but seem to be having a little problem. In addition, to a few other Auto-tab resizing.

2. They seem not to be resizable, nor erasable in the Socialize Template v2 (t3-framework), as too editing any script back and forth. Am I perhaps missing something?

Thank You, Best!

Hi.

I think you misunderstood. You can't drag to resize containers in Layout tab. You can add or remove or hide certain containers - not change their size. Responsive design is not about changing containers sizes but it's based on 12 column grid and fluid containers.

Also "message" and "component" containers are obligatory containers and can't be edited.

Socialize is responsive out-of-the-box, no need to be edited. If you want to change sizes of containers you'll need to edit template core and change number of columns assigned to certain container. This can't be done in template administration panel.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.
- Tell us how to replicate the problem, we can't fix it if we can't find it.
- Make sure that your site/server meets JomSocial System Requirements
- Make sure to setup JomSocial Cron Job
- Always provide us with access details to the backend and ftp. We need it to debug problems.
- If you have a similar problem, but a solution you found isn't working, open a new thread instead of 'merging' with an existing one.

- Use the "Thank You" feature on any post that helped you

Thank you, Michal. I'll look into adjusting with the containers a little more towards my need. Again, thank you.
