ISSUE SUMMARY:
Login window keeps popping up on page with activity stream.

STEPS TO REPLICATE:
1 go to www.ehcanadatravel.com
2 login window pops up after a few seconds

Hi, Colin.

You hold a JomSocial PRO license so only ONE domain is supported.
Your supported domain is: ehcanadatravel.com
And you request support for: ehcanadatravel.ca. I'm sorry but as it is different domain, support will be not provided for it at the moment.
Unless you change supported domain (need to have valid reason e.g domain name typo)
Please post a domain change request here: www.jomsocial.com/forum/billing-issues

After your request is accepted, please, update this thread and make sure it has "Pending Support" status.

- Instead of saying: 'it's not working', explain the problem in detail.
- Screenshots with the URL visible in them and the problem marked are more than welcome.

The request is for support on ehcanadatravel.com as I noted in the post. I am very disappointed that I have to wait longer for support for such a little issue. Especially since the ehcanadatravel.ca domain is a development domain for the same site... It is ridiculous that support is only for one. !!!

I visited your start page with activity stream... waited a while but there was no pop up window. Do I need to login first?

I had taken out the popup login option, so the popup window stopped appearing, i have re enabled it so you can try it out. You do not need to login for it to keep showing.

I noticed that change at page bottom.
But even now I don't see login pop up window that comes from JomSocial.
You use 3rd party login module.
It may not fully cooperates with JomSocial. Please try native Joomla! login form or JomSocial Hello me module.

ok I disabled the 3rd party login and using hello me.

when i login it takes me to the community page not the profile, as set in the jomsocial.

then it repeatedly keeps popping up with the jomsocial login window.

i have the hello me, login to profile etc working correctly. The blank page was due to a fix that i had downloaded from JS to fix the issue.
Now we still just have the login window repeatedly popping up. I believe it only happens when already logged in.

Hi.

I still can't replicate this. Does it happens when using certain web browser? I tested on FireFox.
I logged in and stayed on frontpage for a while. No pop up.... also tried on main activity stream. Result is the same.

Try to clean your browser cache and remove cookies. Then try again.
