On this module, the admin profile appears at the top when admin can easily accumulate points. How can I hide the admin profile from appearing?

Also, there are grey dots besides the profiles. How can I remove that?

1.please edit Jomsocial configuration->Privacy->set "Show Administrators in Member's Lists" To No
2. you should modify this file /templates/jsn_mico_pro/css/template.css, find and remove this code :

margin: 0.3em 0 0.3em 1.6em;
